How I Lost 7 Pounds in 3 Days (No, not the green smoothie cleanse LOL) Now this should help you get ready for the water challenge!

Well I had been busy in meetings and traveling for a few days and wasn't able to get my usual daily intake of water. You know half your body weight in ounces is what is required for weight loss. I mean, I had 1 or 2 cups here and there, but no where near the required amount. Since several days had past, I said let me see what happens if I don’t ge plus size of the with sleeves ... t my water intake for 7 days. So, without changing my eating habits, I gained 7 pounds… AHA yes, not drinking enough water will cause the scale to go up!

So to validate this experiment, after the 7 days, I had my required water intake for 3 days straight and sure enough, I lost the 7 pounds in 3 days! So, did I lose fat? No! I lost water weight, which makes the scale go up and makes us look bigger, bloated and puffy.

So many people are discouraged by the scale, but don’t know how simple something like drinking enough water plays a critical role in that scale MOVING DOWN!

Yes, you must drink half your body weight in ounces per day to lose weight and be healthy. As an example, if you weigh 240 pounds, then you should drinking 120 ounces of water per day!
